Highlight rootless sidebar sections when collapsed

Rootless sidebar sections (Company, Vesting, Board) have no page of their own, so collapsing them left nothing highlighted.

The parent row should highlight when you're on one of its child pages while collapsed. Expanded behavior and sections with their own page should be unchanged.
