Make it very clear that stakeholders do not receive an email when they are added to the company (make this an option they can toggle…?) You can see on a stakeholder basis their fully diluted ownership but you can't see that on the stakeholder details page itself

Alongside the existing bulk edit option, you can now bulk re-issue or cancel signing directly from the context menu.

Select multiple cards in the "Awaiting Others" section of your Tasks sidebar to bulk re-issue or cancel signature requests at once. Re-issue is available for SAFEs and equity plan securities, and cancellations require a quick confirmation to prevent accidental clicks.

Bulk signing is now faster and more direct. Instead of an extra modal, just hover over a document's avatar in your Tasks sidebar to check it for signing, or use "Select all" to grab every document in a section at once. Once you've picked at least one, the Bulk Sign button appears and takes you straight to signing.

You can now invite stakeholders to Mantle directly from your stakeholder list. Select one or more stakeholders, choose Email/Invite, and preview the message before it sends.

When you publish multiple option grants to the same stakeholder at once, they'll now get a single consolidated email instead of a separate signing notification for each document.

Just head to the resource's details page and use the new Attach Files button, or drag and drop a file straight onto the attachments table. From there, you can upload from your computer, pull a file from your data room, and control whether stakeholders can see it, all without leaving the page.

The Terminated badge now shows a red dot in the Stakeholders table, matching the stakeholder details page.

When a document is terminated, signers now see a clear message explaining its status right on the page. We've also removed the floating "next signature" button and disabled further signing actions, so there's no confusion about what to do next.
