Welcome to Mantle
Whether you’re a startup founder, operator, or part of a law firm, this guide will help you navigate the initial steps to effectively manage equity and collaborate with stakeholders using Mantle’s platform.
Account Creation
Creating your Mantle account is the first step to onboarding your company and managing equity with confidence.
Register your company using our secure registration page.
After registering, our team will review your submission and provision your company workspace.
You’ll receive a welcome email with a secure login link once your account is set up and ready to use.
If you run into any issues or have questions about registration, contact support@withmantle.com.
Tip: Be sure to have your company's legal documents ready (more on this below) to speed up the setup process.
Logging in
Once your account has been created:
Visit withmantle.com and click Login.
Enter the email address you registered with.
You’ll receive a secure magic link via email. Click it to access your account—no password required.
Upload your documents
To kick off the onboarding process, we’ll need you to upload your company’s legal documents. These documents allow our team to set up your cap table accurately.
