Draft cap table
Facilitated by Mantle
For customers on paid plans, once all documents have been uploaded, our team will generate a draft of your company cap table.
Review & Finalize
We'll notify you once your cap table is ready for review, and work with you to fill in any potential issues, gaps, and inconsistencies.
Publish & manage cap table
Once finalized, your cap table will be published on Mantle. Use our Help Center guides to walk you through managing your cap table and adding stakeholders.
Hands-off setup
Upload your company documents to Mantle and we’ll handle the rest.
