Job description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Mantle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and intuitive user interfaces for our website and mobile applications. This role involves collaborating closely with our product team to create user-friendly designs that align with our brand's vision and our users' needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and iterate on UI/UX aspects of the Mantle platform using Figma.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Implement responsive web designs using Webflow, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and performance.
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs and translate them into compelling design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, especially using Figma, Miro, and Webflow.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
