Mantle offers two founder-friendly packages. Our Essentials Plan is $100/month, which includes unlimited stakeholders and white-glove onboarding. Our Growth Plan is $250/month, and includes all features of our Essentials Plan, one 409A valuation per year, and prioritized customer support.

Getting set up on Mantle is easy. Whether you’re upgrading from spreadsheets or moving over from another provider, we’ll help set up your cap table and hand you the keys to your account once it's ready. The typical process takes 1-5 business days but could take longer, depending on the quantity and quality of company documents provided.

Mantle supports all registered C-corps in the US or Canada (unfortunately, we don’t support LLCs at this time). We have companies that are freshly incorporated using our platform all the way up to companies with hundreds of stakeholders.

Mantle leverages AI across several platform features, specifically within the onboarding and document processing stage. Using Large Language Models (LLMs), we’re able to import a collection of unorganized, bespoke documents, extract key information, and rapidly normalize it into our own data models.

Our AI tools also conduct real-time health checks, which identify errors in customer data ranging from minor discrepancies to mistakes that could have cost them tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees down the road.

The Open Cap Table Coalition is a collection of over 31 law firms, equity management providers, and other startup ecosystem players, aimed at improving the interoperability, transparency, and portability of startup cap table data.

Mantle is an active board member and technical contributor to the Open Cap Table Coalition. We offer Mantle users the ability to export their cap tables in Open Cap Table Format (OCX) directly from the platform in one click. This ensures you can export your cap table data in an industry-standard format.

Mantle complies with Service Organization Control Type 2 (SOC 2) standards and follows security guidelines established by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). We adhere to the best practices in managing and protecting your data.
