What types of companies does Mantle support?

Mantle supports all registered C-corps in the US or Canada (unfortunately, we don’t support LLCs at this time). We have companies that are freshly incorporated using our platform all the way up to companies with hundreds of stakeholders.

How long does the setup process take?

Getting set up on Mantle is easy. Whether you’re upgrading from spreadsheets or moving over from another provider, we’ll help set up your cap table and hand you the keys to your account once it's ready. The typical process takes 1-5 business days but could take longer, depending on the quantity and quality of company documents provided.

Is it easy to switch from another platform?

Yes! All you have to do is add Mantle to your other account, and we'll have your Mantle cap table set up in 1-5 business days. You can read more about the process here.

What do you mean by "unlimited stakeholders"?

All Mantle plans include unlimited stakeholders. This means that as your company scales from, you don't have to worry about paying more. You can add your leadership team, legal counsel, employees, and other stakeholders stress-free.

Does Mantle support in-platform exercising?

Yes! Mantle makes it easy for admins to set up and manage in-platform exercising. Stakeholders have access to view their holdings and decide to exercise their option grants if and when they are ready to.
